Spot when a company adopts or drops a tool in their stack.

A tech stack change fires when a company starts or stops using a tool you care about - a new sequencing platform, a CRM swap, or a churned competitor.

What triggers it

  • A new tool is detected on the company's site, job posts, or engineering presence.
  • A previously detected tool disappears (a churn signal).
  • The vendor category shifts (for example, moving from one CRM category to another).

Why it's a buying signal

A fresh adoption or a churn is a window: the team is actively reworking their stack and is open to alternatives.

How to track this signal

  1. Go to Radar → New and open Tech Stack Changes.
  2. Under Subscribed, pick the tools or categories you want to catch when companies adopt them.
  3. Under Churned, pick competitors or adjacent tools you want to catch when companies drop them.
  4. Save. New adoptions and churns now surface as leads.
