Social Engagement

Catch buyers showing intent through content engagement on LinkedIn, X, and Threads.

A social engagement signal fires when a person at a target account engages with relevant content - a post, like, or comment tied to the topics you track.

What triggers it

  • Posts, likes, or comments that match your keywords.
  • Engagement on LinkedIn, X, or Threads, depending on the sources you enable.
  • Activity around competitor, category, or influencer conversations you care about.
  • The person and the post are captured so you have context to reach out.

Why it's a buying signal

Public engagement is a soft intent signal: the buyer is actively thinking about the problem you solve.
