Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Satellyte collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, subscribe to Radar, book a meeting, or use our software and related services.

It is written for a product that handles marketing-site activity, newsletter subscriptions, CRM and outreach workflows, and signal-driven prospecting data. We use the structure of mature SaaS privacy policies as a reference, but this policy is specific to Satellyte's products and operations.

01

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, company name, billing details, account credentials, meeting-booking details, support messages, and any information you submit through forms or product workflows.

We also collect technical and usage information automatically, including device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from your IP address, and events showing how you use our website, newsletter, and product.

If you connect third-party tools or upload prospect data, we may process company information, profile URLs, campaign data, engagement signals, and other business contact context that you choose to sync into Satellyte.

02

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the website and product, create and administer accounts, provide customer support, send transactional emails, process payments, improve our services, secure the platform, and communicate with you about updates or relevant offers.

If you subscribe to Radar or opt in to marketing communications, we use your information to deliver the newsletter and measure engagement so we can improve what we send. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message.

We may also use business contact and signal data to power product features you request, such as lead qualification, workflow automation, enrichment, reporting, and integrations across your GTM stack.

03

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep sessions secure, understand traffic patterns, and improve performance. Some of these tools are set by our service providers, such as analytics, scheduling, hosting, or newsletter platforms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect how parts of the website or product function.

04

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run Satellyte, such as infrastructure hosts, analytics providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, email and newsletter platforms, customer support tools, and other vendors acting on our instructions.

We may also share information when you ask us to connect third-party platforms or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users, investigate fraud, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary meaning of that phrase. If a privacy law treats certain advertising or analytics activity as a sale or sharing, you may have rights to limit that activity.

05

Product data and third-party platforms

Satellyte is built to work with third-party tools and external data sources. If you connect platforms like LinkedIn, CRM systems, outreach tools, scheduling tools, or newsletter providers, we process the information needed to support those integrations and the workflows you enable.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to import, use, and act on data you connect to Satellyte, including prospect and outreach data. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.

06

Legal bases and your choices

Where applicable, we process personal information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving Satellyte, because you gave consent, or because we must comply with legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

07

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or tax obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08

International transfers

Satellyte and its vendors may process information in countries other than your own. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards that are designed to protect that information under applicable law.

09

Children and policy updates

Satellyte is designed for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
