Trigify vs Sales Navigator 2026: Third-Party or Native?

Trigify vs LinkedIn Sales Navigator in 2026: listening at scale against native Buyer Intent. Verified pricing and the platform risk question, honestly.

LinkedIn sells intent data about LinkedIn. Trigify sells a listening workflow on top of LinkedIn. One has unbeatable access and no automation; the other has the automation and sits on the platform's tolerance rather than its permission. Pricing for both verified 29 July 2026.

TL;DR verdict

Routing to outboundWorkflows and integrationsManual, or via CRM tiers
  • Trigify wins if you want a competitor's comment section automatically routed into your outbound queue.
  • Sales Navigator wins if you want LinkedIn's own signals with zero third-party risk and you are happy working inside LinkedIn.
  • Price is closer than it looks: the Sales Navigator tier that carries Buyer Intent is $159.99, not $119.99.

What each one gives you

Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's own sales product. Advanced tiers include Alerts, which surface real-time signals like job changes and new content from saved leads and accounts, and Buyer Intent, which flags when accounts show interest in your company. Nobody has better access to LinkedIn's engagement graph than LinkedIn.

What it does not do is listen at scale on your behalf. There is no mechanism that watches a competitor's post, identifies everyone in your ICP who engaged, enriches them, and drops them into a sequence. You work lead by lead, account by account, inside the LinkedIn interface.

Trigify does exactly that missing piece. You nominate posts, creators, competitor pages, and keywords; it watches engagement, resolves each one to a named person with the source post attached, and routes them onward through workflows. That is the entire reason the category exists.

Pricing compared (verified July 2026)

TrigifySales Navigator
Entry$40/mo Starter, 4,000 creditsCore, $119.99/mo or $1,079.88/yr
Intent-capable tierStarter and upAdvanced, $159.99/mo or $1,799.88/yr
Top tierEnterprise, customAdvanced Plus, custom
BillingMonthlyMonthly or annual
Trial14 daysVaries by promotion

The comparison people usually make is $40 against $119.99. The fairer one is $40 against $159.99, because Buyer Intent and Alerts sit on Advanced and above rather than on Core.

Sales Navigator is also priced per seat, while Trigify Starter includes one workspace and Max includes three. A three-person team on Sales Navigator Advanced is roughly $480/mo. The same team on Trigify Max is $199. That gap widens fast with headcount, and it is the main commercial argument for the third-party tools. The terms of service question

This is the real decision, not the price.

Sales Navigator is LinkedIn. There is no policy risk, no account to get restricted, no scraping layer to break when the markup changes. That is worth something, and for some companies, particularly ones with compliance review, it is worth everything.

Third-party listening tools in this category operate on LinkedIn's tolerance rather than its explicit permission. That is a structural feature of the category, not a specific accusation about Trigify. Tools in this space have had company pages and executive profiles removed before. If your entire pipeline depends on one vendor's continued access to a platform that has not agreed to provide it, that is a risk to hold consciously rather than discover.

Weigh it honestly. Plenty of teams run these tools productively for years. The point is to know which kind of bet you are making.

Where Trigify wins

  • Listening at scale. The core capability Sales Navigator does not offer at all.
  • Cost per team. One workspace price rather than per-seat, which matters from about three people upward.
  • Routing. Signals go into your CRM or sequencer through workflows, included on every tier.
  • Cheap to test. $40 and a 14-day trial.

Where Sales Navigator wins

  • Access. LinkedIn's own data about LinkedIn, including Buyer Intent on your company.
  • Zero platform risk. No third party between you and the data.
  • Search and filtering. Sales Navigator's lead and account search is still the best way to build a list on LinkedIn.
  • Procurement. Nobody's security review has ever blocked Sales Navigator.

Who should pick which

  • You want competitor engagement routed into outbound automatically -> Trigify.
  • You need zero platform risk, or compliance will not approve third-party LinkedIn tooling -> Sales Navigator Advanced.
  • You are building lists rather than reacting to signals -> Sales Navigator, and it is not close.
  • You want signals that are not on LinkedIn at all -> neither.

That last case is common and worth naming. Funding rounds, hiring surges, and tech stack changes are usually stronger buying evidence than a like, and none of them originate on LinkedIn. Satellyte treats social engagement across LinkedIn, X, and Threads as one of six signal types, reading 100+ public web sources per vertical with no account connections at all, from $99/mo with no contract. No connected account also means no account to lose, which is a different answer to the platform risk question.

Satellyte's engagement radar showing social engagement signals from tracked companies with lead context

Outreach referencing a concrete signal lands 15-25% reply rates per Autobound's aggregation of Lemlist, Instantly, and Belkins data, against a 3.43% cold average in the Instantly 2026 benchmark. The full field is in Trigify alternatives 2026.

FAQ

Does Sales Navigator have buyer intent data? Yes, on Advanced and Advanced Plus. Buyer Intent flags accounts showing interest in your company, and Alerts surface job changes and new content from saved leads. Core does not list these features.

Which Sales Navigator tier should I compare to Trigify? Advanced at $159.99/mo, since that is where the intent features live. Comparing Trigify to Core at $119.99 understates what you need to buy.

Can Sales Navigator track who engages with a competitor's posts? Not in the automated, at-scale way Trigify does. You can follow accounts and see activity, but there is no mechanism that harvests a comment section into an enriched, routed lead list.

Is Trigify against LinkedIn's terms of service? Third-party LinkedIn tooling generally operates in a grey area rather than with explicit permission, and that applies across the category. If platform risk is unacceptable to you, stay native or use a tool that requires no account connection at all.

Can I use both? Yes, and many teams do. Sales Navigator for search, filtering, and native intent; a listening tool for automated engagement capture. Budget for both rather than expecting either to do the other's job.

What if I do not want to connect a LinkedIn account to anything? Then you want a tool built on public data. Satellyte requires no account connections and reads public web sources only, from $99/mo with 1,000 free trial credits.
